Shipping

We ship all across Canada excluding:

Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland & Labrador Remote & PO Box addresses.

Once our system receives your order, you will receive a tracking number within 2 business days which you can use to track your order

Jannah Studios reserves the right to cancel an order if your address is remote or outside of our carrier's delivery zones. 

Delivery Zones:

Toronto: 5-7 business days

Montreal: 7-10 business days

The Rest of Canada: 10-14 business days

Returns

We want to ensure your Jannah Studios order brings you satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, let us know within 14 days of the arrival of your order and we can assist you with a return. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging (including any plastic covering, hardware packs, styrofoam) and the original box the item arrived in. 

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping charges are not refundable. The cost to have the item(s) shipped back to us will also be deducted from your refund, if you decide to use our return labels for an easier return experience.

Jannah Studios reserves the right to decline any returns if they do not comply with our return agreement.

Damages & Defects

We keep the highest standard of quality control for our products. If for any reason your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at jannahstudiosfurnishings@gmail.com with your order number, explaining the issue in as much detail as possible along with detailed images of the box the item arrived in, images of the complete product and of the damages.
